Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. You manage them through the App Store or Google Play, not through Loaded Brush. A lifetime purchase doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
Manage your subscription from the app
In the Loaded Brush app
- Tap the Me tab, then tap Settings.
- In the SUBSCRIPTION section, find Loaded Brush Pro and tap Manage.
Cancel your subscription
In the Loaded Brush app
iPhone
- Open the Settings app and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Loaded Brush, then tap Cancel Subscription.
Android
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Loaded Brush, then tap Cancel subscription.
The names of these menus can be slightly different depending on your phone and system version.
After you cancel, you usually keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription
If you delete your Loaded Brush account, you still need to cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Otherwise you'll keep being charged.
