Loaded Brush downloads the paint catalogue and keeps a copy on your phone. If your palette or paint search looks empty, or shows an error, try these steps.
I see a "Retry" link on the Palette tab
The paint catalogue hasn't downloaded yet. Check you're connected to the internet, then tap Retry.
There's an error message under the filters
The latest catalogue couldn't be downloaded. If the message ends with Search will use the last saved copy if one exists., you can keep searching using the copy already on your phone. Try again later when you have a better connection.
It says "Paint not found"
The paint may have been removed from the catalogue. Tap Back to paints, then search for it again.
My paints have disappeared

Nothing else has worked
- Close Loaded Brush completely and open it again.
- Make sure you have the latest version. See Update the Loaded Brush app.
