You can log in with your email address and password, or ask us to email you a one-time login code instead.
Log in with your password
In the Loaded Brush app
- Open Loaded Brush and tap Login.
- Type your email address in Email address.
- Type your password in the password field.
- Tap Login.
Log in with a code instead
Use this if you can't remember your password.
In the Loaded Brush app
- Open Loaded Brush and tap Login.
- Type your email address in Email address.
- Tap Email me a login code.
- Open your email and find the message from Loaded Brush with your code.
- Type the 6 digits in Verification code, then tap Next.
A login code only works for an email address that already has a Loaded Brush account. To make a new account, tap back and then Signup.
If you can't log in
- Enter a valid email address. or Enter your password.: check both fields are filled in.
- If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. Once the countdown on the code screen finishes, tap Resend code.
