You can choose a new password from Settings at any time. You'll need your current password to do it.

In the Loaded Brush app
  1. Tap the Me tab, then tap Settings.
  2. In the ACCOUNT section, find Password and tap Update.
  3. Type your current password in Enter your current password.
  4. Type a new password in Choose a new password. Use 8 or more characters, including a number or a symbol.
  5. Type the new password again in Confirm new password.
  6. Tap Continue.
  7. When you see Your password has been updated., tap Done.

If it doesn't work

  • Current password is incorrect.: check your current password and try again. If you've forgotten it, see Forgot your password?.
  • Use 8+ characters with a number or symbol.: make the new password longer, or add a number or symbol.
  • Passwords do not match.: type the same new password in both fields.
