Some things are saved to your Loaded Brush account, so they're there on any phone you sign in on. Others are only saved on the phone you're using.
What's saved to my account?
- Your email address, name and username
- Your profile photo, banner and bio
- Your posts, comments and likes
- Who you follow, and the pages you've joined
- Your notifications
- The people you've blocked and the posts you've hidden
What's only saved on my phone?
- Your palette (My Paints), including how many of each paint you own
- Your Wishlist
- Your saved Custom Mixes
- Your Collections and the posts saved in them
- A copy of the paint catalogue, so search works quickly
What does that mean for me?
The things saved only on your phone don't move to a new phone. They're also lost if you delete the app. They do stay on your phone when you sign out and back in. See Why is my palette empty on a new phone?.
