Loaded Brush uses your camera to scan paint labels. It uses your photos when you add pictures to a post or set your profile photo or banner. If you said no when your phone asked, you can change it in your phone's settings.
In the Loaded Brush app
iPhone
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap Loaded Brush.
- Turn on Camera to scan paint labels.
- Tap Photos and choose which photos Loaded Brush can use.
Android
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Apps, then Loaded Brush. On some phones you'll need to tap See all apps first.
- Tap Permissions.
- Tap Camera and choose to allow it while using the app.
The exact names of these settings can be slightly different depending on your phone and system version.
Go back to Loaded Brush and try again. In the scanner, you can also tap Allow camera if you see Allow camera access to scan the paint label.
