Having trouble getting into Loaded Brush? Here are the most common problems and how to fix them.
I've forgotten my password
Log in with a code instead. On the Login screen, type your email address and tap Email me a login code. See Forgot your password?.
My code hasn't arrived
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check you typed the email address you signed up with.
- On the code screen, wait for the countdown (for example Resend code in 0:42) to finish, then tap Resend code.
My code doesn't work
- Make sure you've typed all 6 numbers.
- If you asked for more than one code, use the code in the newest email.
It says my email or password is wrong
Check for typos, and check you're using the email address you signed up with. Tap the eye icon in the password field to see what you've typed. If you still can't get in, use Email me a login code.
I signed up but never verified my email
Try logging in with Email me a login code. If that doesn't work, submit a support ticket.
I don't have an account yet
A login code only works for an email address that already has an account. Tap back on the Login screen, then tap Signup. See Create an account.
