Push notifications are the alerts that appear on your phone when someone interacts with you, even when Loaded Brush is closed. They're off until you turn them on.
In the Loaded Brush app
- Tap the Me tab, then tap Settings.
- In the PRIVACY & SAFETY section, find Push notifications. It shows On or Off.
- Tap Turn on or Turn off.
- If your phone asks whether Loaded Brush can send notifications, tap Allow.
The first time you follow someone or leave a comment, your phone may also ask whether Loaded Brush can send notifications.
Notifications still don't arrive
If you said no when your phone asked, you need to allow notifications in your phone's settings.
In the Loaded Brush app
iPhone
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap Loaded Brush.
- Tap Notifications and turn on Allow Notifications.
Android
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Apps, then Loaded Brush. On some phones you'll need to tap See all apps first.
- Tap Notifications and turn them on.
The exact names of these settings can be slightly different depending on your phone and system version.
Your notifications are always on the Notifications tab inside the app, whether push notifications are on or off.
