After you sign up, we email you a 6-digit code to check that the email address is yours. Here's how to enter it and what to do if it doesn't arrive.

In the Loaded Brush app
  1. Finish the sign-up screens and tap Next. The Verify your email address screen opens.
  2. Open your email and find the message from Loaded Brush with your code.
  3. Go back to Loaded Brush and type the 6 digits in Verification code.
  4. Tap Next. You're signed in and taken to your palette.

If the email doesn't arrive

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Check that the email address you typed on the Your details screen is right.
  • Under Didn’t receive the email?, wait for the countdown (Resend code in 0:42) to finish, then tap Resend code.

If the code doesn't work

  • Enter the 6-digit code from your email. means the code is too short or has letters in it. Type all 6 numbers.
  • If you asked for a new code, use the code from the newest email.
