Can't get hold of a paint, or want to know if you already own something similar? Each paint's page lists the closest colour matches from the whole catalogue.
In the Loaded Brush app
- Open the paint you want to match. See View a paint's details.
- Scroll down to Alternative paints.
- Each card shows how close the colour is, for example 96% Match, then the brand and range. The closest matches come first.
- To see only paints you own, tap My paints.
- To narrow the list, tap Brands, Type or Line, tick the options you want, then tap Done.
- Tap a paint to open its page.
The list shows 5 paints at a time. Tap Next or Previous, or a page number, to see more. Tap clear filters to remove your filters.
About the match percentage
The match is based on how close the two colours look. Higher is closer. Only good matches are listed, so you won't see paints that are a long way off.
Matches compare colour only. Two paints with a similar colour can still behave differently, for example a metallic paint and a flat one, so check the paint's type and range before you swap.
