Signed in on a new phone, or reinstalled the app, and your paints have gone? Here's why.
Why is my palette empty?
Your palette (My Paints), Wishlist, Custom Mixes and Collections are saved on the phone you used, not to your account. They don't move to a new phone, and they're removed if you delete the app.
Your profile, posts, comments, follows and pages are saved to your account, so they're still there.
Can I get my paints back?
If you still have the old phone with Loaded Brush on it, your palette is still on that phone.
To rebuild your palette quickly on the new phone, scan your paint pots' labels. See Scan paint labels to add paints.
Will signing out lose my palette?
No. Signing out and back in on the same phone keeps your palette.
