Can't remember your password? You can still get into your account with a login code sent to your email.
How do I get into my account without my password?
In the Loaded Brush app
- Open Loaded Brush and tap Login.
- Type your email address in Email address.
- Tap Email me a login code.
- Type the 6-digit code from the email in Verification code, then tap Next.
Can I set a new password?
Not without your current password. In Settings, Password asks for your current password before you can choose a new one. See Change your password.
The login code email hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder, and check you typed the email address you signed up with. On the code screen, wait for the countdown to finish, then tap Resend code.
