Change your email address

You can change the email address on your account from Settings. We only use it to help you get back into your account and to send you notifications.

In the Loaded Brush app

1. Tap the Me tab, then tap Settings.
2. In the ACCOUNT section, find Email address and tap Update.
3. Type the email address you use now in Enter your current email address.
4. Type your new email address in Enter your new email address.
5. Tap Continue.
6. You'll see Check your new inbox to confirm the change. Tap Done.
7. Open the email we sent to your new address and follow the link to confirm.

Your email address doesn't change until you confirm it.

If it doesn't work

• That doesn’t match the email on this account.: type the email address you use to log in now in the first field.
• Choose a different email address.: the new address is the same as your current one.
• Enter a valid email address.: check for typos in both fields.
